Dizzignr is a design studio. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book a consultation or commission work from us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what you can ask us to do with it.
The short version. We collect only what we need to do your project and invoice you for it. We never sell your information or use it for advertising. We don't store your card details — our payment processor does. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Dizzignr ("we", "us") is the data controller for the information described here. For any privacy question or request, contact info@dizzignr.com.

We do not use your information for automated decision-making that affects you, and we do not use it to advertise to you.
We share information only with the service providers that make the studio run. Each receives only what it needs, and each is bound by its own obligations to protect it.

We never sell your personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers or data brokers. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our legal rights.
Whatever jurisdiction you're in, you can ask us to:
Email info@dizzignr.com and we will respond within 30 days. We won't charge you or treat you differently for asking.
If you are in California, we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, and we do not offer financial incentives in exchange for it. If you are in the UK or EEA, our lawful bases are performance of a contract (delivering your project), legal obligation (accounting records), and consent (where you have given it).
Access to our systems requires an individual account with multi-factor authentication, and permissions are enforced at the database level so staff can only reach the records their role requires. Data is encrypted in transit using TLS, and encrypted at rest by our hosting providers. We maintain a written information security policy, reviewed every six months.
No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your information, we will tell you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
Our booking and client pages use only what is necessary to make them work — for example, keeping you signed in to a session. We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or third-party tracking pixels.
Our services are intended for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. For changes that materially affect how we handle your information, we'll contact clients with an active project directly.
