Once 10+ admin notes accumulate for any service type, the nightly cron asks Claude to propose a revised synthesis prompt. Approve it here to deploy the new prompt to future briefs. Rejecting just marks the proposal as declined — the notes are already consumed.

📥 Bulk Import Orders (CSV)
Migrate existing sales into the app — useful for closing out past months. Upload a CSV, preview the rows, then import in one click.
🟢 Google Calendar
Connect once. Open slots on /book auto-hide when you're busy, and every paid consultation drops onto your calendar with a Google Meet link.
Change the password for your own login. If you were given a temporary one, set your own here — nobody else can see what you choose.
🔐 Two-Factor Authentication
Pair an authenticator app so a password alone can't get into this account. Applies to your own login only — each person enrols separately.
🏦 Bank Feed
Connect Wells Fargo (or any bank) once and outgoing transactions import as expenses automatically, categorised, deduplicated, and synced daily. Deposits are skipped so client revenue isn't double-counted.

Prices here apply to new orders only — every existing order keeps the price it was sold at. Removing a service archives it: it disappears from the pickers but old orders still show its name.
